Interior Repairs
Tile
Tiles crack. Whether it’s in the shower or on your floor. A cracked tile doesn’t mean you need to demo all of them out. I can replace just the cracked tile and save you thousands of dollars.
Door & windows
Some times doors get broken, wore out, or start to catch due to foundation movement or element exposure. Windows begin to stick, locks get broken, or window panes become cracked or chipped by a flying rock from your mower. Nothing helps you feel more secure like a fully functional door or window and actually being able to close and lock it with ease. I repair, adjust or replace interior and exterior doors and windows so that you can go back to feeling safe in your home.

Drywall Repair
I can repair and replace drywall that has been damaged by water or the victim of a temper tantrum. When foundation shifting or leveling occurs it can create stress cracks in your walls or ceilings, especially around the windows and doors. These are not cracks you can just paint over and hope to not see them anymore. Give me a call and let me take care of those cracks the correct way. I will patch, re-texture and repaint that area like it was never there.
Baseboards and Crown Molding
Adding clean baseboards and/or crown molding to a room will increase the style and value of that room. Whether you want to add new trim to your walls or repair the trim you already have, I’ve got you covered.

Have an old, out dated light fixture or fan you need replaced? Or maybe you there isn’t a fan and you would like one installed. These can often become the main focal point of a room so why not make it one you’re proud of? I will come and securely mount either so you don’t have to worry about climbing the ladder to the ceiling with a big heavy light/fan in one hand.
Appliances
Buying a new appliance is only the first step to being able to enjoy it in your home. You then need it installed. Most stores you purchase from are going to give you an assigned date with a 6 hour window that most likely doesn’t work for you. They may also charge you an outrageous install fee or if you are anything like me, you don’t like random people most often unprofessionally dressed into your home around your loved ones and belongings. Let me come out and install whatever you just paid your hard earned money on and make sure it is secured in place.
Baby Proofing
Baby proofing your home is a MUST with a newly mobile toddler around. I can install baby locks on all your lower cabinets and outlets within reach. You have other things to worry about. Let me tackle making sure your home is safe for your little ones.

Fence Repair, Installation and Staining
Is your fence worn out or damaged? Did the wind from a storm blow it over? Maybe you just have a couple pickets loose or missing. Fence Staining
Whether your fence is brand new or a decade old, it needs to have a protective coat applied periodically to protect it from the harsh elements. I will sand down the rough spots, clean it up, and apply a long lasting wood stain so that your fence is protected for many years to come while looking the best it can.
Painting
Instantly approve your home’s curb appeal but applying a fresh coat of paint. I will pressure wash your home to aid in removing any loose or chipped paint and then apply a beautiful coat of durable paint that will give your home the protection it needs from the elements for years to come.
Rotten Wood Replacement
Rotting wood is caused by being exposed to damp conditions and more often found on the soffit of your home. Most rotting wood is unrepairable and needs to be replaced. I will remove all the wood rot and replace that piece with a fresh board, seal it and paint it to match the rest of your home.
Roof Repair
One major problem to have on your home is a leaky roof. The water can damage not just the drywall that you can see but damages the structure of the studs that you can’t see. The majority of the time this can be fixed without replacing the entire roof. Give me a call if you have a leak and lets see if we can get it nice a sealed again and keep the water outside where it belongs.
Gutter Cleaning and Repair
One of the main contributors of foundation damage is water. Often times our gutters get clogged with debris and leaves and need to be cleaned out by hand to ensure they work properly in redirecting water away from the house. Cleaning a gutter isn’t how most people want to spend their weekend so give me a call and I will come clean it and do any repairs necessary to get it back in working order so that you don’t have to worry about water pounding your foundation or rotting your wood.
Pressure Washing
Do you have stubborn dirt or stains on your outdoor surfaces like driveways or perimeter of your home? These often times need to be hit with a high-powered concentrated flow of water to lift those stains off of your surfaces. Give me a call to pressure wash your driveway, sidewalks, deck, fence or wherever else you have stains.
Decks and Sheds Building/Repair
Decks
Over time your deck stain will get weathered and your boards may begin to crack. I’ll come out, pressure wash the surface, sand down any rough spots, replace broken boards and apply a new coat of stain to give you protection for many more years.
